DUOX BIOTECHNOLOGIES (Transgen LLC) was born out of practice - from a situation familiar to every laboratory: strong ideas and solid hypotheses often run into “long,” resource‑intensive stages such as construct assembly, generation of stable cell lines, optimization of inducible systems, and validation of genomic integrations. We started as a small team of enthusiasts who wanted to make this path shorter, more precise, and more predictable - without compromising scientific rigor.
Over time, the project has grown into a modern high‑tech company that takes on routine work and complex engineering tasks in molecular and cellular biology. Today, we develop tools and models for biomedical research: from assembling vectors based on a client’s plasmid map and providing AAV‑oriented solutions to transgenesis, knockouts/point substitutions, and targeted integrations into selected genomic loci.
We build our work around three principles we started with and have maintained as we scaled: innovation, professional expertise, and reliability. Our goal is comprehensive support for scientific research - so you can obtain working models faster, plan experiments with confidence, and spend your time on science rather than endless “build‑and‑rebuild” cycles.
We are also open to partnerships with laboratories: if you have unique methods or equipment with commercializable potential, we are ready to develop joint projects on mutually beneficial terms.
